By accessing this website, registering for an account, enrolling in our academy, or participating in our tournaments and events, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Fytman if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

  • "User", "You", "Your" refers to the individual accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • "Services" refers to the booking of sports venues, academy enrollments, tournament registrations, coaching, and shop purchases available on our platform.

2. User Accounts and Profile Management

To use certain features of the website, such as participating in tournaments or enrolling in academy programs, you must register for an account.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
  • Profile Photo: You may be required or choose to upload a passport-size photo to identify your player profile within the academy or during tournament draws. You must ensure the photo is a clear, accurate, and recent representation of yourself.

3. Document Uploads and Age Verification

To maintain fairness and compliance in our sporting events and academy age categories, Fytman requires strict age and identity verification.

  • Required Documents: During tournament registration or profile creation, you may be required to upload government-issued identity documents, including but not limited to your PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, or other valid age-proof documents.
  • Accuracy and Authenticity: You agree that all documents and information you upload are 100% authentic, accurate, and current. Uploading forged, altered, or false documents is strictly prohibited.
  • Rejection and Disqualification: Fytman reserves the right to review, verify, and reject any document. If we determine that false information or fake documents have been submitted, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, disqualify you from ongoing or future tournaments without a refund, and take appropriate legal action.
  • Data Security: Your sensitive documents (Aadhar, PAN, etc.) are collected strictly for verification purposes and will be handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • All fees for venue bookings, tournament registrations, academy enrollments, and shop purchases must be paid in full at the time of transaction.
  • Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service or tournament. Please review the specific event or booking guidelines prior to completing your purchase. Fytman reserves the right to deny refunds for user cancellations made past the stated deadlines or in cases of disqualification due to document fraud.

5. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to use the website or our services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including players, coaches, and staff.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the website.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or related systems.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Fytman Sports Pvt Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Fytman (including logos, UI/UX designs, content, and branding). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Fytman for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fytman Sports Pvt Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, physical participation in sports venues, or tournament events, whether such liability is under contract or otherwise. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred while utilizing our physical venues or participating in our events.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
